Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Free Returns

• We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible items.
• We will provide you with a prepaid return label upon approval of your return request.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:
✅ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
✅ Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at tyler@uglaforge.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return label.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
• If you prefer an exchange, let us know and we’ll send a replacement right away.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
